Avocado Toast is a delicious and healthy way to start your morning. It’s easy to make, and sure to be a crowd favorite.
– 1 slice of bread
– ½ avocado
– Salt and pepper
– 1 egg
– Red Pepper Flakes
- Toast one slice of honey wheat or whole wheat bread.
- Mash half an avocado with a fork inside its skin, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fry egg in a small pan with a little bit of butter. Once egg white has formed, flip and cook an addition 30 seconds for a runny yoke.
- Spread avocado mash on toast, sprinkle with red pepper flakes, and top with egg.
